November 2021 Release Notes

We are excited to reveal Uprise release notes for November 2021. This month, we’ve added content updates in the EHR and PM as well as fixed some bugs that may have been impacting your practice.
Content Updates
- The following code is now available in the EHR - S0592.
- Watermark data no longer shows on signed Exams in the Narrative Assessment and General Notes sections.
- The vitals graph will now default to the option of 'All' and can be filtered as needed.
- Patient documents will now be grouped by folder in alphabetical order. Users can now search for documents within this tab as well. Documents in the EHR.
- Added preference toggle to display SNOMED descriptions over ICD descriptions for Physical Exam Findings. EHR > Configure > Exam Configurations > Exam Defaults. The current ICD display is the default.
- In the Problem Details Window, you can now quickly search for and add treatments through the search bar and click to add to the treatments list.
Content Updates
- New Redo functionality has been added to streamline the redo/remake process. How to Create a Redo/Remake Order.
