April 2026 Release Notes
We are pleased to present new release notes for the month of April, 2026

- "Tribal Affiliation" has been added as an editable field for patient information in the Admin > Setup > Editable Fields tab of your Uprise site:

- Resolved a defect that prevented CMS-1500 forms from correctly printing with/without background.
- Resolved a defect that sometimes resulted in a patient balance being displayed after processing a refund.
- Resolved a defect that prevented some IOP values from previous patient exams from displaying in the EHR. All prior IOP values from previous exams should now appear as intended.
- Resolved a defect that prevented users from posting Rx Orders to an invoice when the order form's "source" value is CLX and "shipping" value is ship-to-patient.
- Resolved a defect that prevented users from refunding insurance when the relevant invoice also contained a credit from a partial return.
- Resolved a defect that returned an error message when users attempt to post and ERA/EOP after saving a secondary claim.
- Resolved a defect that prevented insurance chargebacks from correctly appearing in the totaled insurance adjustments on a new format invoice, resulting in an incorrect balance. Insurance chargebacks are now correctly reflected as part of insurance adjustments.
- Resolved a defect that prevented users from refunding an invoice credit if both a debit and a credit payment are reflected on any line items on that invoice.
- Resolved a defect that resulted in some recall items still displaying as "active" even after completion.
- Resolved a defect that resulted in Medications from a chronologically-incorrect exam (IE, not most recent exam) when pulling forward notes from more recent exams.
- Resolved a defect that resulted in an incorrect invoice credit and patient balance values to appear after applying a credit as payment for a second time on the same invoice. Patient credits can now be applied two or more times to the same invoice as necessary.
