April 2019 Release Notes
We are excited to reveal Uprise 2019 releases for Versions 3.1.8.0 thru 3.1.18.0. On top of many feature enhancements, we’ve addressed a few bugs that may have impacted your practice.
- We fixed the issue with importing contact lens products where the Cylinders were populating as Sphere values.
- We fixed the issue that caused the PFSH smoking counseling fields to disappear.
- Documentation text for Physical Exam no longer displays when everything is "Normal."
- We fixed a bug that caused the Keratometry data to not display when importing from a device.
- There have been times when an Inactive user is Reactivated and they still can not login after reactivation. We fixed this issue.
- Frames measurements now print on the label tags so you can easily reference the size.
- The patient's preferred name now displays in parenthesis after the patient's first name in the patient tab header.

- On the Optical/Checkout tab below each patient's name in the left panel the exam provider is now listed.

- You can now add fee values for Spectacle Lens-Add ons, Standard Contact Lenses, Custom Contact Lenses, Professional Services, Other Fees, Retail Products inline so you can quickly price products.
- You can now use the UPC/FPC to search for frames to add to catalog. How to Perform a Bulk Import of Frames Scanning the UPC/FPC Code(s)
- Now you can view all locations for which a price was set up in the catalog. Locations are now listed inline of the price setup in the Product Details window.

- We have added a Demographic Glance Sheet or Face Sheet to print out in Uprise. This can be printed out from Patient Details, Appointments, the Home Page or the Patient Summary.
