July 2022 Release Notes
We are pleased to reveal Uprise release notes for July 2022. This month, we’ve fixed bugs and improved performance across the Uprise platform, as well as added some new features.

- The Appointment menu's Details section now includes "Created By" and "Last Modified By" user name, date and timestamp indicators.
- When creating Rx orders for contact lenses, users can now use a single button to copy all values that have been entered in the Prescription, Product, and Wear section of the order form to the left eye. If the prescribed power is not the same for the left eye, select "Copy to Left Eye" before selecting the lens power for the right eye, as power selections are locked once they are copied.
- Aging reports now have an option to toggle the search parameter of "Date of Service" to "Post Date" (the transaction-effective date of payment received.)
- An option for NVB (near vision behavior) has been added to the Lens Personalization field for prescription contact lens orders. There is validation for allowed characters and length.
- When employing the closeout feature, Uprise users are now unable to make changes to a prescription order after an invoice is posted within the closeout period.
- When a remittance is deleted from a claim, any associated insurance adjustments are now also removed.
- A person listed as a contact can now also be converted to a patient profile from the appointment creation menu.
- Files that include an apostrophe in their names can now be uploaded into relevant exam fields in the EHR.
- An issue that prevented some patient records from opening in the EHR when using the "EHR" button in the Patients tab has been resolved.
