June 2020 Release Notes

We are excited to reveal Uprise release notes for the month of June 2020. On top of a few feature enhancements, we’ve addressed some bugs that may have impacted your practice.  These notes will be updated as new items are released during the month.

Updates to EHR

When you add a Myopia diagnosis to the Assessment/Plan section of the exam it no longer will generate a finding in the physical exam.

Updates to Practice Management

  1. A date and time stamp has been added next to each of the status codes in the claim status detail screen.

  1. When entering a new benefit request, you will no longer see dates blocked out on the calendar under the encounter section of the form.
  2. We fixed the issue that prevented some frames from importing with all configurations for bulk imports from "Frames Data".
  3. We fixed an issue that caused an Insurance write-off to generate a discrepancy on AR report.
  4. An unexpected error will no longer display if a discount is added using the discount modal and then immediately opening the discount in the invoice.
  5. Now, when an RxOrder is created and the cylinder is blank in the prescription, the axis will display after it is saved.  
  6. You can now delete a supplier when wrong information is entered on setup or if the supplier is rejected during the provisioning process.  How to delete a Supplier
  7. You can now see the post date from the remit tracking grid.

Earlier June 2020 Updates

  1. We fixed a bug that caused an unexpected error when editing an Rx Order.
  2. You are now able to add details to Supplier accounts without any error messages.
  3. We fixed the issue that caused an Insurance Write Off to generate a discrepancy on the Aging Report.
  4. '24 Ambulatory Surgical Center' has been added as a Facility Type under Admin>Insurance. This is for co-management claims.
  5. We have added the Preferred Location to the Patient Search results so you know the patient's Primary Location.
