September 2021 Release Notes
We are excited to reveal Uprise release notes for September 2021. This month, we’ve added content updates in the EHR and PM as well as fixed some bugs that may have been impacting your practice.
Content Updates
- Users can now scan documents directly into the EHR. How to Scan Documents into the EHR
- Updates have been made to the PFSH, Lifestyle and ROS sections in the exam. You can now populate these sections with the previous Exam answers as well as questionnaire answers, or both. Working with Patient Questionnaires
- Users can now search by diagnosis based on common abbreviated industry terms in the Physical Exam. Abbreviated Dx Terms
Content Updates
These features will be released 9/20/2021
- When a message is sent from Uprise to the patient's portal, the patient will now receive an email notifying them that they have a new message in the portal.
- Users can now enter in a % amount to calculate the patient and insurance responsibility.
- The Invoice number and patient's address is now visible on the refund printout
- An Insurance Balance Column has been added to the Claims Tracking grid. This will show the remaining insurance balance so the user no longer has to click on the invoice to view it.
- The Claims Tracking grid can now be exported. This will download the file in .csv format.
- Users can now see Claim and Invoice notes from both the Invoice and the Claim. You can also filter the notes to only see a specific type (Invoice note or Claim note).
