Version 3.1.5.0
We are excited to reveal Uprise Version 3.1.5.0 On top of many feature enhancements, we’ve addressed a few bugs that may have impacted your practice. Release Date: 02/19/2019
- Providers can now delete a treatment in the exam without having to open each treatment and then delete.
- Now, previous pachymetry values show as a watermark in a new exam to easily see the last values for the patient.
- The Patient Slider (on the right side of the EHR window) is now sorted chronologically by appointment to make it easier to work backward when signing off unsigned exams.
- You are no longer able to delete signed exam data when using the navigation arrows.
- You are now able to add images to a procedure outside of an exam so staff can assist with image management without locking up the exam.
- It is now possible to select multiple providers in the "Other Providers" field to document the patient's entire care team.
- We added a button to mark all ROS systems as normal to reduce clicks.
- Treatments now show directly inline, so you do not have to click in the problem to view treatments.
- Now, all phone numbers for a patient will show in the patient banner of the EHR.
- When printing an exam, you will only see 'Vitals' fields with data. Empty fields will not display.
- You can now copy an exam template so you do not have to recreate common exam templates.
- We added the functionality to select multiple dilation medications in an exam to document everything being administered to a patient.
- When you enter a sphere difference greater than 2, the Anisometropia assessment will automatically be added to the assessment.
- You can now send a summary of care for a patient to another provider that you do not want to refer but just provide an update.
- A new exam cannot be created for an inactive patient. You can only view existing exams for inactive patients.
- The Problems tab is now sorted by the "diagnosed on" date so you can see most recent diagnosis at the top by default.
- Notes for a refraction are now displayed directly on the exam and history window so you do not have to open each refraction to see notes.
- The Vitals section has been renamed to 'Prelim Tests' to reflect that the section includes fields beyond vitals.
- The Physical Exam category selection button has been renamed to "Findings" to reflect this area is where you document physical findings.
- Now, when you enter visual acuities in vitals, the system will auto tab to the next field to reduce clicks.
- We added a patient "Statement Hold" button to the patient demographics. This sets a patient account on hold so that they do not receive statements, even when they have a balance. The "Statement Hold Reason" can be updated under Admin > Setup > Lists. How to Set a Patient Statement Hold
- We fixed a bug that caused an Unexpected Error to occur when removing a Recall Communication Method.
- You can now remove a communication method when only one exists. Also, when patient details are in EDIT mode, if no communication method exists, a "Communication Update Required" message will be displayed at the top of the page.
- You will no longer get an Unexpected error when typing ahead on the Recall tab.
- The Patient Aging Report has been redesigned with new features. Running the New Patient Aging Report
