October 2019 Release Notes
We are excited to reveal Uprise release notes for the month of October 2019. On top of many feature enhancements, we’ve addressed a few bugs that may have impacted your practice.
The Dx Codes have been updated for the year. Here is the link where Uprise got their ICD updated codes from the CDC, https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/icd/icd10cm.htm.
Summary of changes include:
- 273 additions
- 21 deletions
- 30 revisions
- We changed the order of the balances in the ledger to group the Patient Balances and Unapplied Payments (Patient Credit) next to each other.
We updated the Financial reports to ensure Payment Items were pulling from the "Effective Date of Payment".
When uploading a HIPAA or Financial Authorization signed document to the patient's documents tab it now switches the buttons to "Signed" in the patient details. This was not working as expected and it has been fixed.
