Version 1.3.36
We are excited to reveal Uprise Version 1.3.36. On top of feature enhancements, we’ve addressed a few bugs that may have impacted your practice. Release Date: 07-26-2018
PM Enhancements
- We have a new architecture in place for syncing and calculating the Invoice and Rx Order which include the following:
- Clicking "Edit Rx Order" to VIEW the Rx Order without making changes, no longer clears Adjustments, Discounts and Co-Pays from the Invoice.
- Adjustments and Discounts on the Invoice are preserved if edits are made to the Rx Order with the exception of changes affecting V-Codes and pricing.
- Original % Adjustments and Discounts are recalculated on the Invoice if there are Rx Order changes to pricing, quantity, or insurance.
- Adjustments and Discounts are appropriately preserved or removed on the Invoice based on changes between Insurance(s) and Private Pay.
2. We have added several alerts and safe guards to remind practices to check the HIPAA and Financial Authorization signature boxes on the Patient Record.
- If the signature boxes have not been checked you will see those fields in a red highlight.
2. On the Claim if box 12 and 13 are blank, you will get a pop-up warning before you can Submit the Claim.
3. CPT codes from the EHR Exam now transfer to the Invoice in the same order.

Bug Fix
We fixed a bug that caused the following error "The Date of Service cannot be prior to the Product's Effective date" after adding a new Product to the Catalog and then adding the Product to an Rx Order on the same Date of Service.
