February 2026 Release Notes
We are pleased to present new release notes for the month of February, 2026

3.1.200 - February 26, 2026 Release:
- In the Physical Exam, new 2026 ICD-10 codes will now show under their respective category, impacting Eyelids, Orbit, and Glaucoma portions of the physical exam.
3.1.200 - February 26, 2026 Release:
- Resolved a defect that prevented users from validating a patient gender demographic as "nonbinary" or "declined." These options can now be registered and saved to the patient profile as needed.
- Resolved a defect that prevented users from viewing pre-payment credit totals from a linked patient account.
- Resolved a defect that prevented users from applying pre-payment credits to an invoice on a linked patient account. Pre-payments from linked patient accounts can now be applied to patient invoices as needed.
- Resolved a defect that prevented some users from adding notes to an Rx order form after it has been sold on an invoice. Notes can now be added to Rx orders in "ready to order" or later dispensing status types as necessary.
- Resolved a defect that prevented patient's signature on file for financial billing authorization from appearing in box 13 of CMS-1500 claim forms. Signature on file now populates correctly.
- Resolved a defect that prevented some patient pre-payments and/or transaction voids from appearing in their ledger.
- Resolved a defect that prevented wholesale cost from processing in pricing assistant formula, returning an error message. Wholesale cost can now be configured as part pricing formula as needed.
- Resolved a defect that prevented some users from removing modifiers from legacy (old format) invoices.
- Resolved a defect that prevented users from posting remittance with negative patient amount.
- Resolved a defect that returned an inaccurate patient balance after transfer of insurance responsibility for invoices containing two or more Rx orders including frames.
