IMPROVED! Catalog Bulk Loader
We have updated the bulk loader for spectacle lenses, frames and contact lenses to provide a more efficient workflow.
How to Perform a Bulk Import of Frames
- You now have the option to link patient counseling materials via a hyperlink to the Clinic Educational Material Configuration page on any topic. How to Add a Hyperlink to External Educational Material
- SegHt now prints on the Rx for all Spectacle Prescriptions.
- The Rx print view now pulls over different fields based on the type of CL selected, so all fields are captured appropriately on the Rx.
- You can now print Rx Refractions from within the EHR.
5. Now, in the Exam, when medications have been added or reviewed in the ePrescriber (New Crop), then it is represented in print as "Complete List of Medications: Yes" or displayed on screen with a "Complete List of Medications" with a checkmark.
EHR
- We modified the dilation time stamp to display the exact save time and not the time the exam was created.
- If a user opens an exam (and doesn't make any changes) and chooses to close that exam, the "Save modified records" message will not appear.
- A user with the "Administrator (no ERx)" role will be able to unsign a document if the document is signed. Previously the button "Unsign Document" was grayed out.
- We fixed a bug that displayed superfluous single or double seconds (" ") notations for EHR/Binocular Vision/Stereopsis.
- We made some updates that removed the space that appeared when PHA, glare, and PD Dist were NOT documented. Also, the PD Near now appears in the exam view.
- We fixed a bug that caused the refraction base curve and diameter to duplicate on the screen.
- Inactive insurances no longer display as active on the EHR side. Now, inactive insurances will not show in the EHR.
- The Rx print view now pulls over different fields based on the type of CL selected, so all fields are captured appropriately on the Rx.
Practice Management
- On the Rx Order, the Optician dropdown now filters out inactive users.
- Rx orders with "no lens" selected for either OD or OS can now be posted to an invoice.
Insurance and Claims
- We squashed a bug that caused the "Claims Tab" UI to display both the Summary page and the Remittance page on one screen.
- When editing an Order in the Quote status the Insurance Benefits dropdown now functions correctly for all subsequent clicks beyond the first.
- Claims tracking action button dropdown values now displays in the correct place on the screen.
- Patient first and last name fields in the New Insurance window now accepts alphanumeric characters.
- In Admin>Insurance, the "include inactive" checkbox has been fixed so that, when checked, it displays both active and inactive insurances.
- If the gender of a patient is missing from the patient record and Insurance has the party set as "Self", Insurance will now save without errors.
- You can now pay and post an invoice for a "Private Pay" without an address in the Patient Profile.
- The value on the open invoices page now displays the total billed amount, including tax.
