EHR Updates

3.1.188 - May 22, 2025 Release:

This month's EHR releases are focused on compliance and relate to the 2025 requirements for HTI-1 ruling:

  • A new type Order type "Intervention" has been added to exam interface:
  • In Health Summary > Problems/Procedures, Goals will now display an "Achieved By" date when selected:
  • In the Past Family and Social History portion of exams, the "CUBS" Disability Status questionnaire will now be shown:
  • Health Concerns can now be documented though structured values in addition to the existing functionality of the provided free text field.

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements

3.1.187 - May 13, 2025 Release:

  • Resolved a defect that resulted in the improper distribution of unapplied payments when the available credit amount is less than the total amount on the invoice and/or when an unapplied payment is applied to multiple invoice lines.
  • Resolved a defect that failed to save manually-entered frame measurements when adding a frame to an order in the event that measurement values are not already included for the frame product in the user's Uprise catalog.
  • Resolved a defect that caused the EHR patient slider to appear blank.
  • Resolved an issue that resulted in some incorrect text on exam printouts.

3.1.188 - May 22, 2025 Release:

  • Resolved a defect that returned an error when running the New Patient Statement report. This report can now be generated as needed.
  • Resolved a defect that returned an error message when posting an optical order to an invoice due to an invalid character appearing in the Shipping Address field, even if no such invalid character was used.
  • Resolved a defect that prevented insurance balances related to transfers of responsibility from reflecting on the Aging Report. The Aging Report will now correctly reflect such transferred insurance balances.
