December 2019 Release Notes
We are excited to reveal Uprise release notes for the month of December 2019. On top of many feature enhancements, we’ve addressed a few bugs that may have impacted your practice. This article will be updated as new releases become available.
- The patient's name and date of birth now show on all pages of an exam printout.
- Dilation information now shows on the exam printout. This includes if the dilation was refused (ie Contraindications/Remarks).
- We fixed a bug that caused an unexpected error to occur when adding a Patient Portal account from the Patient tab.
MIPS
- The new 2019 valueset has been updated for MIPS.
- When group reporting is performed for MIPS, the score percentage now shows on the export.
- In the MIPS dashboard (EHR tab> Practice tab), a new (2019) Prompting Interoperability report has been added under the "Measure" set/toggle called "Receive and Reconcile".
Report Description: For at least one electronic summary of care record received for patient encounters during the performance period for which a MIPS eligible clinician was the receiving party of a transition of care or referral, or for patient encounters during the performance period in which the MIPS eligible clinician has never before encountered the patient, the MIPS eligible clinician conducts clinical information reconciliation for medication, medication allergy, and current problem list.
- A new dropdown has been added in Admin> Setup>Insurances> under details called "Facility Type". Now you can select a default facility type for the CMS form > box 24: Place of Service
