October 2024 Release Notes
We are pleased to present Uprise release notes for October 2024.

3.1.180.4 - October 8, 2024 Release:
- Resolved a defect that affected the display of the Vcode for some lens items when entering a co-pay.
- Resolved a defect that erroneously caused the item price of an eyeglass lens to increase when adding a discount to another line item.
- Resolved a defect that prevented users in some Uprise organizations from editing or deleting a discount on an open invoice.
- Resolved a defect that caused certain Discount Reasons to appear in the invoice drop-down menu in contradiction of user-specified active start and end dates for the item in some Uprise organizations. All Discount Reasons will now only appear per the active start and end dates as assigned to them in the Admin > Lists tab.
- Resolved a defect that affected the display of the invoice account balance while the user is in the process of making adjustments. The account balance now displays accurately before and after saving or posting the invoice after discounts and or adjustments have been applied.
- Resolved a defect that caused a rounding error when reconciling unapplied payment balances and patient credit.
- Resolved a defect that caused a new insurance claim to be generated when creating an Rx order quote on a different day than the selected invoice's original date. An Rx order applied to an invoice from a previous day will now appear tied to the original insurance payer's claim when applicable.
