- Resolved a defect that prevented some IOP values from previous patient exams from displaying in the EHR. All prior IOP values from previous exams should now appear as intended.
- Resolved a defect that prevented the application of unapplied payment credits to an invoice when the total amount due exceeded the credit available. Invoice calculations will now allow users to apply patient credit as necessary.
- Resolved a defect that prevented insurance payer information from updating on accompanying claims forms when performing a transfer of responsibility from insurance to insurance.
- Resolved a defect that caused a prior patient's exam to appear after changing to a different patient profile in the EHR.
- Resolved a defect that caused an error when saving a custom frame pricing formula. Wholesale cost is now recognized in pricing formula and frame products can be added to catalog as intended.
- Resolved a defect that caused some exam-coded items to improperly default to private payment on accompanying invoices, rather than to the correct default insurance payers.
- Resolved a defect that prevented some users from creating and/or updating insurance claims containing a secondary policy from one or more insurance payers.
- Resolved a defect that prevented correct patient balances from appearing on appointment info boxes in the Scheduler tab.
- Resolved a defect that disabled users from performing additional return actions on an invoice containing a partially-returned contact lens order.
- Resolved a defect that prevented some users from importing more than one add-on item from an Rx order containing two or more add-on items.
- Resolved a defect that caused incorrectly formatted display to appear and prevented data from populating in some information columns on the Patients tab Ledger.
