December 2022 Release Notes
We are pleased to reveal Uprise release notes for December 2022. This month, we’ve fixed bugs and improved performance across the Uprise platform, as well as added some new features. The following items are scheduled for release beginning 12/5/22:
- Users can now enter D = .01 increments for custom contact lens orders
- We've added a "Notes" field to Insurance details in the Patient > Insurances tab
- If an Uprise organization has multiple locations, a "Location" column in the Patients > Summary tab will now display which location generated the relevant information (including Appointments, Prescription Orders, Invoices, Prescriptions, and Claims)
- When posting payments, users will no longer be able to enter a payment value that exceeds the total balance owed. When a user attempts to enter a value that is more than the balance, Uprise will display an error stating that it is an invalid payment that cannot be saved. If a patient pays more than the amount due on an invoice, it is recommended to create a pre-pay credit, and then apply the pre-payment to the invoice.
