Other PM
- We added a background color to Uprise that displays on all tabs.
- When a CPT code is added or removed on a claim it is also changed on the invoice as well. When the code is pulled back into the invoice, all payments and adjustments are reallocated.
- Insurance "Fee Schedules" now automatically populate the "Insurance Adjustment" field on the invoice and mark the adjustment reason as "Contract Rate"
- The V-Code calculator/allocation also functions for Invoice lines with the insurance set to "Private Pay" or "Patient Filed Claim"
- You can now document negative values in the "Recovery" column when testing Vergence.
- We've replaced "Lazy / Crossed" eye" with "Lazy / Turned" eye in the PFSH section.
- We've automated the assignment of "Primary diagnosis" under the "Assessment" to either the Medical CPT if a medical diagnosis or the Vision CPT if a vision diagnosis. Also, if CPT codes 92015 or 92310 are used, the insurance will default to the patient's vision insurance if available.
- Providers can now de-select the value they chose for "Toric Orientation" under the "Obxervations" section of the "CL Rx Final" refraction.
- "Icare Pressure Measuring" has been added to the IOP method dropdown.
- Now, if an eye annotation is made, the information entered for the notes section on an eye annotation will appear in the exam
- Now, when a provider selects "Stress" from the "Review of Systems" page under the "Psychiatric" section, "Stress" will appear on the exam, and exam print view.
- We added labeling for the IOP Measurement to indicate the right vs. left eye.
- On the "Orders" tab in the EHR, we added a button in the far right column titled "Close" with the column title "Close Referral Loop." This only appears for orders that have the activity listed as "Referral" and have not already been closed. When clicked the "Response Received" section of the Examination Order window is opened and can be documented.
EHR
We fixed the exam filters to work as expected when selecting the exam type in the EHR.
