We have added an Internet Speed Test in Uprise. To check the speed of your Internet connection you will want to evaluate three measurements. Pings Milliseconds (MS), Download Megabytes per second (Mbps) and Upload Megabytes per second (Mbps). You can run this test at anytime and also share the test with Customer Support if you are experiencing slowness or lags in Uprise. 1. The Patient Link now works in the Rx Order Tracking section.
2. Uprise no longer displays an unexpected error when posting an Rx Order Quote to an invoice if a "Lens Package Discount" was previously selected that has since been inactivated.
3. On the CCD there is now a required Type field that has two options: "Continuity of Care Document (CCD)" and "Referral Note". The field defaults to "Continuity of Care Document (CCD)".
4. The address is no longer a requirement to add a custom supplier.
