Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements

3.1.167 - August 7, 2023 Release:

  • Resolved an issue that caused the Date of Service to revert to present date on Invoices and Optical Orders. Users can now properly back-date DOS as needed.
  • Resolved an issue that displayed incorrect ledger balances after voiding payment on some invoices. The displayed Ledger balance will now correctly correspond to invoice balances.
  • Resolved a defect that impacted some users attempting to access the EHR after a password re-set.
  • Resolved an issue that caused some active catalog items to appear as "unavailable" in the DC Status column of the Products > RX Order Tracking tab. Available items will now correctly display as "Active."
  • Resolved an issue that prevented Diagnosis Pointers from displaying or being manually changed when an insurance claim is updated. Users can now update claims as needed.

3.1.167 - August 18, 2023 Release:

  • Resolved an issue that caused duplicate payment to be posted when editing a posted remittance containing a large volume of patients. Remittance edits will now reflect the correct posted payment total.
  • Resolved an issue that caused payment calculations to improperly display when removing a patient from a remittance. A patient can now be removed from the remittance and the "To Be Applied" and "Remaining" values will display correctly, allowing the remittance to be posted without error once those values are duly reconciled.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented staff members from displaying appropriately in the drop down menu when attempting to run the Production report for some Uprise orgs.
  • Resolved additional issues to ensure that all reports (including Day Sheet, Total Receipts, and Production) run efficiently and without error.
  • Resolved an issue that caused the bulk import for certain products to fail when one or more products required the creation of a new product component. Bulk import for such products can now be completed with correct product components added.
  • Resolved additional defects related to bulk import of catalog products that caused erroneous site messages to appear.
