February 2023 Release Notes
We are pleased to present Uprise release notes for February 2023. This month, we’re fixing bugs and improving performance across the Uprise platform, as well as adding some new features.
- To improve financial transparency and reporting, Uprise no longer allows users to edit a product on RX orders once the invoice has been posted. Any changes that need to be made to an order once sold require the user to cancel and then re-create the order as needed.
- No EHR updates at this time.
- We've improved the performance for menus used to add products to your Uprise catalog. This includes resolving issues that caused failure to bulk import frames via UPC, as well as an issue that sometimes caused menus to freeze after clicking "search."
- Resolved an issue with the Patient Statement Reports when multiple invoices appeared within the given aging range parameter that caused inaccurate patient balances to display
- The actual frame supplier will now correctly display on the order once it is posted to an invoice. Prior to this release, when viewing or printing the posted order, the frame source did not accurately reflect the source.
- Resolved an issue that caused filters to remain in place after navigating to a new page of results in Admin > Catalogs > Search. The filters will now clear after the page re-loads, allowing for improved search within each page of results.
- Resolved an issue affecting some customers that prevented the "Import Order" function from working on RX Order menus. The Import Order functionality has now been fully restored.
- Resolved an issue that affecting some customers that caused electronically submitted insurance claims to remain stuck in "processing" status. Such claims will now resolve to their next correct status as they process.
- Frame audit results will now appear within the Inventory Report.
- Resolved an issue that prevented start/end dates from taking effect when applying certain discounts from the drop-down menu. Those dates will now correctly apply to the invoice. Those dates are now properly accommodated on the invoice.
