Version 1.3.16
We are excited to reveal Uprise Version 1.3.16. On top of major feature enhancements, we’ve addressed a few bugs that may have impacted your practice. Release Date: 02-23-2017
NEW DASHBOARD AND CLAIMS FORM EDITING
We have added many new features and functions on the Home Tab/Dashboard so you can work with "Today's Patient List" in a whole new way! Also, we've updated the Claims form to in-line editing so you can modify claims in the actual CMS-1500 form.
Please watch the following video to see all the "GOODNESS" with these new features.
New PM Reports
Appointments Report - This report is used for tracking appointments in any appointment status. For example, run a report to list all the Scheduled patients for the following week to call and confirm their appointments.
Patient Demographics Report - This report is used for tracking patient demographics. Sort the report based on Insurance, Age Range, Gender or Zip code.
Product Aging Report - This report is used for inventory audit. It displays the aging of current inventory on hand.
More PM Goodness
- The quantity has been added to the Standard CL Lens order printout so you now know how many boxes will be provided.
- Users with Administrator privileges, can assign colors to resources (providers) so they can be easily identified in some places in the PM. For example, in the new Dashboard and appointments scheduler.
- Because new claim settings are based on the insurance plan, adding a new patient insurance now requires the plan. The field will default to "None" but should be updated. More information on working with Insurance Plans in the next release.
- When "Contusion of eyeball and orbital tissues" is selected in the physical exam the ICD10 code now appears in the Assessment with the following:
- OD is S05.11XA
- OS is S05.12XA
- OU is S05.10XA
- After an initial patient search is preformed in the right panel, the results are now removed and the search box is reset.
- The Physical Exam or Assessment, for all H53.46[x] codes (H53.461, H43.462, & H53.469) are now listed as eye-specific.
- You are now able to add a Technician to an exam and that name will be carried over to PM appointments and vice versa.
- You are now able to price an Rx Order in the quote status. We fixed an issue that caused an unexpected error.
- When a multiple location ORG switches between locations and goes to the scheduler, the new location now loads as expected.
- We resolved a bug that caused an additional Invoice and Rx Order to generate after the initial instance when the status of an Exam changed or the Exam was printed.
- In the New Recall window, the diagnosis description now displays for the related ICD-10 code that is displayed.
- In the Recall and New Recall window, the Diagnosis column now displays ICD-10 codes instead of ICD-9 even if both exist.
