January 2026 Release Notes
We are pleased to present new release notes for the month of January, 2026
3.1.199 - January 26, 2026 Release:
- Rx order form printouts now include the option to include a "Send To" address:

3.1.199 - January 26, 2026 Release:
- Resolved a defect that caused invoice to close without saving changes once a patient refund is issued.
- Resolved a defect that prevented users from applying refund to a single invoice when the patient in question has multiple extant invoices with patient credits.
- Resolved a defect affecting both traditional and new Aging Insurance reports that resulted in the generation of an incorrect pivot table in the exported data file. These aging reports can now export both the data and a accurately correlated pivot table as intended.
- Resolved a defect that caused a negative patient balance to appear when processing a patient refund for a combination of professional service and/or miscellaneous item and/or Rx order. Patient balances will now be correctly represented following such refund actions.
- Resolved a defect affecting traditional-format Uprise invoices that caused incorrect values to appear in the Patient Ledger and refund screens after a payment on the invoice is voided.
- Resolved a defect affecting both traditional and new format Uprise invoices that returned a timeout error message when applying a credit from insurance transfer of responsibility.
- Resolved a defect that caused incorrect ledger balance to display when adding a chargeback.
- Resolved a defect that prevented users from creating new patient profile from the options available in an existing patient's Linked Accounts. Users can now select the linked person and use the "Convert to Patient" feature to make a new patient profile for that person as intended.
- Resolved a defect that prevented header totals from correctly displaying insurance balance totals in the Patient Ledger after applying a transfer of responsibility.
- Resolved a defect that prevented transfer of responsibility from correctly displaying on a traditional-format invoice.
- Resolved a defect that caused in an incorrect value to display in Payment Amount fields when posting remittance.
- Resolved a defect that prevented the creation of new/editing of existing Discount Reason when only one product category is selected. Discount reasons can now be created or edited for one product category as needed.
- Resolved a defect that caused incorrect insurance balance and patient credit totals following a transfer of responsibility and partial return applied to a professional service.
- Resolved a defect that prevented users from adding Snomed CT for health concerns to the New Health Concern field of an exam.
- Resolved a defect that prevented users from adding Snomed CT for to Goals fields of an exam.
- Resolved a defect that prevented a discontinued medication's end date from being reflected in Uprise when syncing with NewCrop.
