We are pleased to present new release notes for the month of June, 2026

3.1.204 - June 22, 2026 Release:
- Resolved a defect that caused test patients to appear in the Patient Statement Report (New) results. Test patients are now excluded from that report.
- Resolved a defect that caused a placeholder to appear in the Location Name column in Patient Statement Report (Old) results. The correct location name will now appear on that report.
- Resolved a defect that caused incorrect billed amount totals to appear on the Day Sheet Report.
- Resolved a defect that caused Dx to revert to insurance payer after a transfer of responsibility to private payment is selected.
- Resolved a defect that prevented Supplier Billing Account Number from populating on Rx orders for spectacle lenses selected for "manual" submission.
- Resolved a defect that sometimes caused faulty results to appear in the Exams Per Day Report in the case of combined results from multiple locations across separate time zones. The Exams Per Day Report will now correctly group results by location according to their respective time zones.
- Resolved a defect that caused the Insurance Aging Report (New) to appear partially cut-off when exporting for PDF.
- Resolved a defect that prevented users from saving a new patient profile's phone contact information when attempting to include a Country Code of '1'.
- Resolved a defect that sometimes returned a user error when attempting to Launch Questionnaire from the Patients > Questionnaire tab.
