Documents in the EHR

Target release date for this feature - 11/08/2021

Users can scan or upload documents into the EHR in the Documents Tab, as well as in the Exam in the Screening procedures, Other Tests and Procedures/Special Tests sections.

This article will focus on managing documents in the Documents Tab.

EHR > Select Patient > Documents Tab

Default folders are listed in alphabetical order. To create or delete a folder select the ellipses

You can see how many documents are in each folder under the Contains column

Double click on the folder name to view all documents in the folder

Select the box next to the document to delete, download or print

To add a document select Upload or Scan

If Upload is selected enter the document name, use the drop down to select the folder and upload the file > Done

You can search for any document in the search bar on the top right hand side

As you start typing, Uprise will pull up any matches
