Adding Trial CL Order in the EHR

1. From the EHR > Click '+' to add a Refraction > Click CL Rx Trial

2. Enter the required fields > Click the 'magnifier' to search for a product

3. Search for the name of the Trial Product > double click to select the product

4. Enter the remaining fields and select the Unit/Pack

5. Use the 'Copy to" arrow to copy the product to the left eye

6. Enter the required fields > Click Done

7. Sign the Exam

8. The Trial lense Rx is now ready to order
