Reviewing and Importing Historical HPI
It's best practice to review the History of Chief Complaints before importing for two reasons 1: Only relevant information is imported 2: The HPI can be updated to today's current status.
Import only relevant items on file
- Click the History button (clock)
Selecting the history button will import all active Chief Complaints. Then select the chief complaint(s) that are relevant to this visit.
- Select the row(s) to import (an update pop-up opens for each item selected)
- Update the current Status, Quality, Severity (if applicable)
- Click Done
