How to annotate an observation (only) in the Physical Exam
1. In the Physical Exam area click Findings
2. Click the Check Mark for any item in the leftmost column
Next, click the Annotation Pencil (notice the check mark and the pencil are green), then click Annotations
3. The annotation window opens. Add notes in the "Findings" below, then click Finish
