Coding is automatically generated by Uprise. The CPT codes are linked internally to the exam type. One of the most powerful integrations in Uprise is the CodeSAFE® integration, which allows Uprise to check for billing conflicts and compliance adherence. Updating CPT codes under coding
1. Double-Click on the CPT code you wish to edit
2. Add additional information > use the magnify glass to search for information
3. Diagnosis codes appear that are already recorded in the Exam > Double-click to add
Notice, if a medical ICD-10 is selected, the Medical Insurance will auto-populate with the Medical Insurance for the patient. If a vision ICD-10 code is selected, the Vision Insurance will auto-populate. These can be changed if needed.
4. Click Done
If you want to delete a CPT code , simply click the "Trash Can" icon
