How to add or remove sections from a CCD

1. Click EHR > Select a Patient > Summary > Click Clinical Summary button

This can also be done in the Exam after an Exam is signed and you are prompted to Create CCD, or, when you create a referral order and Create a CCD.

2. Click Select Sections

3. Check or uncheck the sections you wish to include

4. Also, you can use the Up and Down arrows to reorder the Sections as they appear on the CCD
