August 2026 Release Notes
We are pleased to present new release notes for the month of August, 2026

- Resolved a defect that sometimes displayed incorrect age when viewing patient information in the Scheduler tab.
- Resolved a defect that sometimes rendered the Patient Portal unusable after an email delivery failure. Potential failures will now correctly route as site errors while still allowing the user to access their patient portal.
- Resolved a defect that caused inactive insurances to appear in drop-down menus when working on a Remittance in the Claims tab. Inactive insurances will no longer appear in these menus.
- Resolved a defect that sometimes prevented users from downloading claims from the Claims > Tracking tab. Claims can now be consistently printed as needed.
- Resolved a defect that caused some users to experience a significant processing delay when logging into Uprise.
- Resolved a defect that prevented Title from appearing in Scheduler, Rx Orders, and/or invoice screens after editing a patient's information. Patient Title will now be reflected in all areas when present in the patient's details.
- Resolved a defect that prevented adjustments made to invoices that include a return from appearing on an accompanying remittance. Remittances will correctly display return adjustments from posted invoices as appropriate.
- Resolved a defect that allowed some Rx orders from being posted despite missing required information such as Supplier, Billing Account, and Dropship frame fields in the Rx order form. Rx orders will not post if missing these required fields.
- Resolved a defect that caused text to overlap when generating PDFs from Reports. Report PDFs will now format such text correctly.
- Resolved a defect that caused user-set price differential for a catalog item to set that item's wholesale cost to zero. Users can now set price differentials without affecting wholesale cost value.
- Resolved a defect that prevented Claim Notes from being saved to acompanying remittance notes when submitted for remit.
