Can I Delete or Cancel an Invoice?
No, you can not "DELETE or CANCEL" an invoice but you can remove all invoice items to "zero-out" all balances.
1. Click on the open invoice
2. Click the Action button > Delete Service or Remove Order
3. Click Save
