How do I Enter a Rx Order if a Prescription Is Not on File?
If you are working with a walk-in patient who does not have a valid Rx on file in Uprise, you need to enter the Rx manually as shown below:
1. Click the Rx Order Button on the patient profile
2. Select the Rx type
3. Select the Usage from the dropdown
4. Enter the Prescription Date and Expiration Date
NOTE: The Expiration Date automatically populates for 1 year once you populate the Prescription Date
