How to Integrate with CLX
CLX can integrate with Uprise, but it must be enabled at the organization and location level. Once enabled, CLX will appear as a supplier for contact lens orders.
1. Admin > Setup > Enable CLX
2. Configure CLX per Location
3. Enter in Client ID and Location name in the CLX section then Save
The client ID and Location Name must match the CLX information for this location. Each location will have a different Client ID and Location Name
4. Once the setup in Admin is complete, you will see CLX as an option for supplier on the Rx Order
5. When the order is submitted, it is submitted electronically and you will get an electronic ID
6. If there is an error and the order does not submit properly to CLX you will get a red warning sign. You can click on it to see why the order failed
