How do I Locate a Saved Quote for a Patient?
You can save a quote for a patient if the patient asks you to because they want to think about the purchase. Quotes are on file until you delete them or move them to an invoice.
1. Click Save once the order is complete
2. You can locate Rx Order Quotes for a patient in the following places:
2.1. On the Optical / Checkout tab in the Rx Order Quotes section
2.2. On the Patient tab in the patient record summary or Patient Transactions
2.3. On the Products tab in the Quotes tab
