How to Add a Frame to an Rx Order From the Frame Board
To add a frame to the Rx Order Quote from the frame board (inventory), follow the steps below.
1. Ensure Inventory is selected, it is by default
2. Enter the SKU/Barcode and search or Enter the Manufacturer, Brand and Model
3. Enter the Color and Size, if necessary
If the frame measurements are set up in the catalogs*, the frame measurements will populate if there is only one option available.
* In the case of inventory frames most often they are, since the main frame inventory Uprise comes with uses the Frames Data CD.
4. If necessary, enter the frame measurements
Again, most of the time these will populate, but if they don't, enter them by hand.
