How to Add a Frame to an Rx Order That Needs to be Ordered
If your patient wants a frame that needs to be ordered from either the supplier or the lab, follow these steps.
1. Click Frame Supplier or Laboratory, depending on where you need to order the frame from
2. If necessary, enter the Supplier, Billing Account and Dropship Location
If there is only one supplier set up to order from, this will auto populate.
3. Enter the Manufacturer, Brand and Model
4. Enter the Color and Size, if necessary
If the frame measurements are set up in the catalogs, the frame measurements will populate if there is only one option available.
5. If necessary, enter the frame measurements
Again, most of the time these will populate, but if they don't, enter them by hand.
