How do I Refile a Corrected Claim?
To answer this question, we will use the following scenario: There is an outstanding balance on a processed claim because some of the Professional Services were denied.
1. Click the Claims tab > Select Tracking > use the search fields to locate the claim > Click the Action button
2. Select Recreate Claim > Create Corrected Claim

5. In this instance Prior Authorization Number was missing from the original claim. Make any corrections (edits) needed.

6. Click Submit > Electronically

7. The claim has been corrected and refiled
