How to File (Submit) a Secondary Claim

1. Select the Claims tab > Click Tracking > Change status to Closed

Select the Claims tab > Click Tracking
Adjust the Date range if applicable > click Search

3. Locate the Claim that has already been processed. Click the Action button  > select Create Sec/Tert Claim

4. A New Claim pop-up will display  > select a secondary insurance from the dropdown > click Generate

5. To find the Secondary claim > scroll back up to the Search section > select Secondary from the Claim Type dropdown

6. Now you can file the claim.
