Explanation of Remittance Statuses for ERAs and EOBs
On the Claims Tracking Results Page there are three different statuses (New, In Progress and Posted) an ERA or EOB can have based on the action taken in the posting process.
1. Click the Claims Tab > Tracking to display the claims tracking results
2. Claim Status Column
3. Remittance Status and Remittance# Column
