How to File (Submit) a Claim

1. Select the Claims tab > Click on Active Open Claims

Select the Claims tab > Click Tracking

2. Select Status 'Open' Bar graph

3. Or select Claims > Tracking > Change Status to Open

5. Claim form opens. Review the information provided on the claim form > Make any changes as needed.

Click the Action button

6. Finally, Click the "Submit" dropdown and click "Manually" or "Electronically"

Electronically will only show for Payers that have been set up with a Clearinghouse.
