How to Setup V Codes Per Insurance
This feature will allow for users to search for designs, materials and add-ons to see what V Codes will/could be applied and allow users to update them at the Insurance plan level.
Note: Conditional codes will still appear based on a condition and specified condition. Such as Add Power above 3.25 or whether there is any prism on the prescription.
1. Admin > Setup > Insurances > Select Insurance
2. V Codes
3. Select Product Category and use filters to find products
4. The Original V Code and Default Fee will display. To override that code or fee, click into the box and type it in.
5. Modifiers for that code can also be added
6. You can update V Codes for designs, materials, contact lenses and add-ons and when finished select Save
