1. Login to Uprise. Navigate to Admin -> Catalogs.

2. If your practice has more than one location, select the ORG Level from the Catalog drop down.

3. Select '8-Retail Products' from the Category drop down.

4. Select 'Add Product'.

5. Enter the description. Select 'Save'.

6. Select the Revenue Stream or add a SKU/UPC if necessary. Select 'Save'.

7. To price an other fee, click in the fee column.

8. Fill in the fee and select 'Save'.
