Custom Contact Lenses
1. Login to Uprise. Navigate to Admin -> Catalogs.
2. If your practice has more than one location, select the ORG Level from the Catalog drop down.
3. Select 5-Custom Contact Lenses from the Category drop down.
4. Select 'Add Product'.
5. Choose the Lens Type and Material. If the Material is not available or not applicable, choose Custom at the bottom of the list.
6. Select 'Add Custom'.
7. Update the description if needed. Select 'Save'.
Since Custom Contact Lenses are not tied to electronic ordering, there is no definite right or wrong way to add them. Add them in a way that works for your practice, so the lenses can be correctly prescribed and ordered.
8. To price the lens, click in the Fee column.
9. Fill in the Fee or OPEN if you want to manually set the fee on the invoice. Select 'Save'.
