How can I send the Questionnaire to my patient manually?
The Questionnaire will be sent to the patient via email THREE days prior to their appointment. These instructions allow you to send the questionnaire out immediately.
1. From the Patient Tab > Click Questionnaire
2. Click Email Questionnaire
3. Click Yes
4. The questionnaire has been sent > Click Close
5. View the log to verify it has been sent
