Resending a Temporary Password for Patient Portal

You can have Uprise reset a temporary password and send an email with it to the patient.

NOTE: You can also do this if a patient has already been using their patient portal but has forgotten their password.

1. On the Patient Record > Select Portal Tab

2. Click the Action menu and select Resend Temporary Password

3. Email the patient their new password
