How to Set a Patient Statement On Hold
This sets a patient account on hold so that they do not receive statements, even when they have a balance.
NOTE: The "Statement Hold Reason" can be updated under Admin > Setup > Lists.
1. Open the Patient Record > Click Edit Patient
2. Click Statement Hold checkbox

3. Select a Reason > Click Save
4. The Patient will now show a "Statement Hold" message next to the balance.
