What to do when there are 2 patient profiles for the same patient.
The reason for duplicates records may vary. Maybe one was entered with a Nickname/ incorrect gender/ address
3. Select the dropdown to choose Inactive > Save
Once you save the profile it is now Inactive and displays in Details section. If there are Exam documents on the patients profile (record) you are inactivating, make sure to make a note of that in the active patient profile. You may also want to re-enter the exam into the active patient profile.
