How to Reset a User's Password
If a User can not login they may need to have their password reset. Note: these steps will trigger an email with a NEW TEMPORARY PASSWORD
Login with Administrator access
Click Admin> Users> type in last name> Search
Notice if the row is YELLOW the User account is pending and an initial login has not been completed initially. (Note: this can also be YELLOW if a user account was set to "Inactive" and then set back to "Active"
