How to Add a Custom Lens
Adding a custom lens requires the following attributes: Lens Type, Design, Material and material must include type and index.
1. Click Admin > Catalogs > Ensure you are at the top catalog (e.g. Org: xxxx) > Click Add Product
2. Enter the Type, Design and Material
3. If you do not see the Design or Material, scroll to the bottom of the dropdown and select Custom
4. Enter the Design
5. Enter the Material. Scroll to the bottom if you need to add a custom
6. IMPORTANT: click outside the material field to add the Lens Material attributes
7. The following window will pop up
8. Click Save when complete
9. Click Add Custom
10. Do not add the fee. Lens will be priced after you click Save
11. Click Price Design
12. Locate the new Design you added and click in the Base Price field to add price
Remember these are priced as an individual lens. Complete the remaining required fields and click Apply.
13. Click Price Material if you need to add a price for a new material.
14. Price will not display immediately. Refresh screen and price will be displayed.
