How to Change Your Password
You can not request to change your password if you just changed it. You must wait 30 minutes to change it again.
1. From the Uprise splash screen > Click "Forgot Password"
2. The Forgot Password window displays
3. Enter you Uprise username > Click Submit
4. An email is sent to the email that is associated with your username in Uprise
Click "Ok" if the email is correct. Click Cancel and contact customer support if the email is not correct.
5. An email is sent to your email address. You may need to check your Spam or Junk folder is you do not receive it right away. Click the link to continue. You can also copy and paste the link in a browser if needed.
6. Enter a new password. Requirements are it must be 8-15 characters, one uppercase, one numeric and one special character.
7. Click Reset
8. You can now log in using your new password
